<div id="DIV1"><h3><a name="a1"></a>Introduction</h3> <p>Spiral chute is a new type of machine researched and manufactured in 1977 and is integrated with the features of spiral concentrator, shaking table, spiral chute and centrifugal separator. It is the best equipment for mining and quarrying, especially ideal for quarrying the sand ore in the coast, riverside, sand bank and brook.</p> <p>&nbsp;This machine has the advantages of stable separation process, easy control, big allowed changing range of the ore, high concentration ratio, high recovery, small coverage size, small water consumption amount, simple structure, no power, big processing capacity, simple installation, convenient operation and small investment and quick returning.</p> <p style="text-align: center"><img alt="Spiral Chute" width="650" height="264" src="/i/image/20140915001006_5937.jpg" /></p> <h3><a name="a2"></a>Working Principle</h3> <p>&nbsp;Erect the spiral chute separator, calibrate the perpendicular line and fix it in a proper position with iron structure or wood. Send the mineral sand with the sand pump to the two feeding mouth on the top of the spiral chute, add make-up water to adjust the density of the ore pulp, and the ore pulp will naturally rotationally flow down and produce an inertial centrifugal force in the rotary slant flow.
